No. Every worker is a direct employee of Golden Hands. We handle their background checks, insurance, and replacement rosters if they fall sick.

  • Worker’s Time: Billed at your standard hourly NDIS shift rate.
  • Vehicle Costs: Billed separately at a capped per-kilometre rate (approx. $0.99/km) to cover fuel. We never charge for a worker’s personal commute.
No. NDIS pays only for the worker’s time to help you shop or tidy up. It cannot buy groceries. For yards, we handle basic safety clearance (sweeping paths) but not heavy trade landscaping.

No. We match you with a consistent team of 1 to 3 regular workers based on your personality and routine. You will always be introduced to them before they start care.

We require 7 business days’ notice for cancellations. Cancellations inside this window are billed at 100% to ensure our workers are fairly paid for their reserved time.

No. Our staff provide medication prompting (reminders and opening pre-packed Webster-paks). They are not clinical nurses and cannot pack loose pills or give injections.
