- Vehicle Costs: Billed separately at a capped per-kilometre rate (approx. $0.99/km) to cover fuel. We never charge for a worker’s personal commute.
No. We match you with a consistent team of 1 to 3 regular workers based on your personality and routine. You will always be introduced to them before they start care.
We require 7 business days’ notice for cancellations. Cancellations inside this window are billed at 100% to ensure our workers are fairly paid for their reserved time.
No. Our staff provide medication prompting (reminders and opening pre-packed Webster-paks). They are not clinical nurses and cannot pack loose pills or give injections.
